 Merit Badge Fair 2008

Early Registrations ends: January 12, 2008. Class information will be mailed to Unit Leader.

Late Registrations ends January 25, 2008 Information will not be mailed out with class information. Registration will not be allowed at the Merit Badge Fair.

 

Lunch will be provided for the Adults at no charge.

Please list all Adults on the Registration form so that I can have a count for lunch.

Because of class room size, We will have a cap of 400 Scouts so please turn your form in early.

 

Cost: $ 8.00 per Scout: before January 12th 2008 and $15.00 from January 13th thru January 25th 2008 (no matter how many M B courses are taken) includes Lunch.

A Scout may take up to 6 Merit Badges.

 

Make Checks payable to B.S.A. Send checks to: Indian Nations Council Service Center,

4295 South Garnett, Tulsa, OK 74146, noting that it is for the “NEOSHO District Merit Badge Fair.”

 

Each scout will need the pamphlet for each merit badge for which he is enrolled. In addition, most merit badges will have items that need to be completed before hand, to be able to complete the badge the day of the Fair. Any scout who is unprepared for the merit badge session may not be allowed into the class. Scouts may earn partials.

 

Please have extra adults from each troop available for additional supervision.

Adult Training will also be offered.
